Discover the engaging work of Micaela de Vivero at the 九色视频 Museum through an interview with Joy Sperling, Professor Emerita, Art History and Visual Culture in the gallery.

Vivero’s 鈥淢ining the Qhapaq 脩an鈥 uses hand-made paper, fibers, gold, and silver leaf to reflect South America’s historical narratives. Through illustrations, ancient artifacts, and personal experiences, Vivero offers an alternative perspective, fostering decolonization gestures.

Lunch will be served at 11:30 with the artist talk in the gallery at noon.
